Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage industrial relations, labour laws, and employee engagement to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 7-20 years of experience in plant HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and regulations.
• Proven track record in managing complex HR projects from initiation to completion.
