Role & responsibilities :

Market Research:

• Conduct simple competitor research to see what type of content similar companies are posting.
• Collect examples of competitor blogs, social media posts, campaigns, etc.
• Track new trends, updates, and topics in the industry.
• Research keywords, FAQs, and common customer questions to support content ideas.
• Gather basic data, insights, or references needed for writing articles or posts.
• Identify popular content formats (reels, website pages, blog topics) used in the industry.

Content Support:

• Write basic content drafts like captions, short posts, or simple blogs.
• Assist in editing and proofreading content for grammar and clarity.
• Help maintain and update content documents, ideas lists, and content calendars.

Team Support

• Share weekly research summaries with the marketing team.
• Assist the team with routine content-related tasks and brainstorming.
