NOC Lead @ Changepond

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NOC Lead to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Network Operations Center (NOC).

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role within a Network Operations Center.
• Deep technical knowledge of Routing and Switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP, VRRP/HSRP).
• Strong practical experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point firewalls.
• Expertise in troubleshooting WAN/SD-WAN environments.
• Familiarity with F5/Citrix ADC load balancers and VPN/IDS/IPS systems.
• Proficiency with network monitoring, NetFlow, and SNMP diagnostics.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools.
• Proven team handling and leadership experience in a high-availability network environment.
