Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Basic Knowledge of Human Resources / Recruitment.
- Understand the exact requirements of the company.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Call the candidates and schedule their interviews with the company.
- Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
