Job Title : Customer Service Associate (CSA) Voice customer retention
Responsibilities:
International voice process II English Communication. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers on call Obtaining customer information and other relevant data Asking questions to the customer and understanding their need Resolving customer queries and issues related to the products and service via call. Customer Retention . Qualifications :PUC (12th)/ Diploma (3years) / undergraduates / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply
Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls to international clients and close deals Promote our products/services with clarity and confidence Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and lead qualification Manage objections, negotiate effectively, and consistently meet sales targets Maintain records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams
What Were Looking For: Minimum 6 months of international voice Retention experience (mandatory) Excellent spoken & written English communication skills Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities Comfortable working with CRM tools and sales platforms Target-driven, adaptable, and able to work in international time zones Preferred (but not mandatory): Familiarity with global/cross-cultural communication Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
