Location : Remote (Candidates from small cities preferred only)

Join our 6-month Internship Programme and gain hands-on experience in hiring and talent acquisition!
About the Internship -
Our Internship Programmed is designed to train and develop skilled recruiters by providing practical exposure to the hiring process. You will work closely with our Recruitment and Internal Hiring Teams, learning end-to-end recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
Who Can Apply?
Category 1 Experienced Candidates -
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office/recruitment role
- Candidate Age - below 30 yrs only (non considerable above 30 yrs)
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Excel
Graduation (BA, BCom, BSc, BTech, MCA, MBA HR) with 70%+ marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation - Own laptop with Wifi network (Windows 10/11 & Outlook 2019+ is must in laptop)
- Strong communication skills
- Location: Remote (Female Candidates from small cities preferred)
Category 2 Recent Graduates -
- Women who recently completed Graduation (BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, MCA, MBA HR)
- Minimum 70% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- Strong communication skills
- Own laptop with Windows 10/11 & Outlook 2019
- Location: Remote (Female Candidates from small cities preferred)
Work Mode: Work from Home
What Youll Learn & Do -
- Sourcing candidates through job portals & referrals
- Screening resumes & scheduling interviews
- Coordinating hiring processes with recruiters
- Gaining practical experience in recruitment & HR
Duration & Stipend -
- Training Online (First 6 Weeks): No stipend (1K Bonus after sucessfully completion of 6 weeks of Training)
- Internship (6 Months): 8,000/month + Rs.500 mobile reimbursement
- After completing 6 months promote as a Associate Recruiter and Salary will be upto 12k plus all benefits
- Working Days : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays off)
- Timing - 9:30am to 6:30pm
Certificates -
- Training Completion Certificate (6 weeks)
- Internship Completion Certificate (6 months)
NOTE - Location : Remote (Candidates from small cities preferred)
