Mandatory Skills:
Delivery Manager you are responsible for Delivery management of account(s) from a delivery perspective and being a focal point for Zensars delivery into a customer business unit/department.
Responsible for managing an account of reasonable complexity, represents Zensar and deals with executive team of the client organization. DM is accountable for Delivery, customer satisfaction.
Following are the prerequisites for this role:
- Minimum of 8+ Years knowledge of Manhattan WMS
- Responsibilities Responsible for meeting ficial objectives of the account, responsible to mine the account in concerned account, improve the key parameters for the account to improve the margins
- Responsible for planning and delivery - Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for relationship building with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction
- Interact with Client Engagement Managers, Delivery Managers from Zensar and Client side CXOs
- Understands one or more domains and can appreciate customers scenario
Must Have:
- Large Project management / Program management
- Onsite experience in a client facing role
- Handling teams in multiple Geos. Solutioning, experience of managed services
- In-depth understanding of the SDLC and Agile Methods
- Exposure to sales and customer relationship management
