We are having excellent opportunity for Sales Manager - Health Agency Vertical !

As a Sales Manager you will be instrumental in building, i.e. hiring and expanding our agent network in your designated regions. You will work closely with agents, support their growth, and ensure our insurance products reach a wider audience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruitment health Agents
• Develop an effective agency channel for assigned branch
• Develop the recruitment of Agents
• Sales & Business Development of health insurance products
• Arrange the product training programs and awareness session
• Achievement of overall sales targets.
• Execute sales promotional activities
• Must have exp in Health / General agency
• Have experience in Variable agency vertical

Preferred candidate profile :

• Min1 yr experience in Motor Agency
• Any Graduate
• Male/Female will do
• Good communication skills
