Relationship Manager - General Insurance @ Leading Client

Job Description

• Meet Potential POSP Agents: Identify and engage potential POSP agents in assigned geographical areas.
  
• Service Existing POS: Drive sales growth by servicing existing POS relationships.
  
• Customer Inquiry Management: Handle customer inquiries with prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  
• Coordination with ABC Insurance HO Team: Ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
  
• Training & Process Implementation: Create offline training and servicing processes for POSP.
  
• Local Agent Network Knowledge: Maintain awareness and leverage the local agent network.
  
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
  
• Channel Ownership: Take full ownership in driving the channel with motivation and accountability.
  
• Travel: Frequent travel may be required.
  
• Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships effectively, identify needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  
• Marketing & Growth: Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Insurance Experience: Background in insurance, with hands-on experience in the agency vertical of a General Insurance Company or Insurance Brokerage Firm.
  
• Motivation: Highly motivated and result-driven individual.
  
• Customer Handling: Skilled in managing relationships and addressing customer requirements.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduation degree in any stream.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• Basic awareness of Motor & General Insurance, with a drive to excel in sales.
  
• Eagerness for fast growth in a challenging environment and willingness to work hard.
  
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and any other local language preferred.
