Working Days: 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)

Job Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Manager Company Serviced for a leading corporate services organization. The role involves B2B sales, property acquisition, partner onboarding, and commercial negotiations across assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire suitable commercial properties in assigned geography
• Drive B2B sales and close property acquisition deals
• Negotiate commercials, scope of work, and agreements with owners/partners
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and launch
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of company-serviced properties
• Manage partner relationships and ensure performance alignment

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
• Exposure to property acquisition, franchise development, or partner onboarding preferred
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary Hike: Overall 15% 20% max on current CTC
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Location: Gurgaon
• Working Days: 6 Days
