Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payment journeys from initiation to clearing and settlement across geographies and multiple payment schemes.
- In-depth knowledge of payment operations and experience delivering technology-driven payment transformation programs.
- Extensive hands-on experience with payment engines such as GPP Classic and Fusion.
- Familiarity with ISO20022 and SWIFT release standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT, architecture, operations, and business teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Strong exposure to cross-border payments and RTGS schemes.
- Strong BA artefact creation skills and the ability to take full ownership of requirements.
- Preferably someone with a product-owner mindset and experience working in complex, global environments.
- Active involvement in governance structures such as Design Authority and Design Working Groups.

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
- Time management & Organization skills.
- A strong commitment to quality and efficiency
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
