Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading International Airlines process for both Chat (Non-Voice) and Voice profiles.

Location: Bangalore
Process: International Airlines Chat & Voice
CTC: Up to 35,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days working / 2 days off
Cabs: Both-side cab facility available

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle international airline customer queries via chat and/or voice
Assist customers with:

Flight bookings & modifications
Cancellations & refunds
Baggage & travel-related queries

Provide excellent customer service experience
Follow airline policies and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
Minimum 6 months experience in an International process (BPO/Customer Support)
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
