Key Responsibilities

1. To learn and acquire knowledge in each department for 3 months (Production Planning, Operations, QC & Process, & Customer support)

2. To learn on planning daily jobs effectively for maximum production & less wastage

3. Involve in Production for the resource planning

4. Maximum utilization of materials and consumables

5. Learn to do the product analysis for improvement

6. Learn to organize the materials and consumables for the production activity

7. Learn to make sure of delivery of the finished goods in time with minimum cost

8. Learn to meet production schedules as per TAT

9. Learn to Coordinate and engage from client requirements to finished products

10. Learn to coordinate and get the day in and day out plan for production

11. Learning the Supervision in process improvements / cost reduction / reducing wastages in co-ordination with production team.

12. Any other works assigned by higher authority.

13. Confidentiality in all aspects of job.

14. Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given.

15. Following & maintaining 5S, ISO, QMS, EMS standards at all the times.

16. To follow safety norms and abide by the security and quality standards

1. Adhere to the ISMS (Information Security Management System) policy in the organization. Keep information confidential & to follow up 5s rules.
