ServiceNow Administrator -

Exp - 9yrs - 12 yrs

Notice period - immediate - 30 days

Location Preference - 1st- Noida, 2nd - Bangalore, 3rd - Mumbai

JD -

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, and permissions.
  Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  Maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scheduled jobs.
  Check for regular platform upgrades and patches.
  Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
  Monitor the integration errors for the inbound/outbound for ServiceNow environments.

Primary skills A very good exposure to ITIL process, specifically incident, change and problem management
Secondary Skills People and stakeholder management

Good to have Skills :
Passionate about DevOps and automation
Must possess good communication skill.

Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
