Human Resource Business Partner @ Inspirisys

Job Description

The HRBP role focuses on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to IT Infrastructure leaders & managers
• Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, & capacity planning
• Support onboarding & integration of new hires
• Manage performance management cycles, goal setting, & performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, & exit management
• Coach managers on people management, feedback, & difficult conversations
• Drive employee engagement initiatives & action plans
• Analyse attrition trends & recommend retention strategies
• Partner with L&D on technical / behavioural training programs
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labour laws, & compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate HR data & dashboards
• Support organizational changes such as restructuring, role changes, or shifts in operating models

Qualifications

• Bachelors /masters degree in HR, or related field
• 47 years of HR experience working for IT organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Business acumen with a technology mindset
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and labour laws
• Experience working closely with mid to senior-level managers
• Exposure to IT services, managed services, or enterprise infrastructure environments
