Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues using SMS protocol.
Perform OS installations on Windows operating systems.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries within a service level agreement (SLA).
