Services Project Delivery Manager (Handled Domestic projects only)
Job Description
A Project Delivery Manager for End User Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and support to end users & Enterprise Delivery. This role involves managing projects, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution: Excellent Knowledge on Project Delivery Cycle i.e Planning, Execution, Governance, Reporting and Presentation
2. Team Coordination: Coordinate Internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Risk Management: Capabilities to Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user experience.
7. Resource Management: Identify and allocate resources required for projects, ensuring optimal utilization.
8. Service Level Governance: Should have the Good experience to maintain the SLA, OLA and UPC
9. Service Improvement Plan: Should have good knowledge to identify the Gaps and arrive the improvement plan.
9. Service Life Cycle: Excellent knowledge and exposure on Service Life Cycle
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of IT service management and project management methodologies.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Certifications such as ITIL Compulsory and PMP or PRINCE2.
8. Should have at least 7 years in Corporate Delivery and at least 2 delivery projects where End User volume minimum 7000.
9. Excellent Communication Skill to present the reports to CTO
