Job Description

  • Handle sales leads by making inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable car options.
  • Schedule Hub Inspector visits at the customers home for vehicle inspection and further process.
  • Act as a customer champion by ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the journey with Spinny.
Requirements:
  • Go-getter attitude with high energy and agility.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Persistent, smart, and quick in responding to customer queries.
  • Willingness to learn about automobiles and the used-car ecosystem.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Sales
