Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle French language communication via email, chat, or voice (as per process requirement)
- Translate and interpret content from French to English and English to French accurately
- Provide customer or client support while ensuring high levels of quality and professionalism
- Understand and follow process guidelines, SLAs, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in French language (written and spoken) B1/ B2 / C1 / C2 level preferred
- Good command of English language
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Strong communication and comprehension skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email tools, CRM systems)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working with international clients or multilingual processes is an advantage
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per business needs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
