We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Executives with strong English and German language skills (B2 certification mandatory). The role involves handling international customer queries and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls in English and German
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries
• Maintain process compliance and service quality
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  

Key Skills / Requirements:

• German language proficiency B2 certification mandatory
• Fluent English communication
• Minimum 6 months experience in international / bilingual voice process
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
• Comfortable with voice-based roles and rotational shifts (if applicable)
