Performance Test Engineer @ Persistent

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing tools and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability.

• Role: Performance Test Engineer
• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 5 to 10 years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement performance test strategies for web and enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
• Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and other APM tools.
• Utilize AWS services for performance testing in cloud environments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Strong proficiency in JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for performance testing.
• Expertise in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of performance testing concepts (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
