Role & responsibilities

Following the responsibilities and duties of this job:

• Domain preferred: Automotive(preferred), Telcom/ Networking
• Manage scrum teams of multiple technologies and objectives
• Prepare & Publish the Plan and the Schedule in alignment to the project priorities
• Should be involved as Evangelist in premium projects.
• Monitor the project progress continuously using scrums meetings and on demand reviews
• Re-evaluate the Schedule based on the need and at slippages in concurrence with all stakes
• Report the periodic progress, completions and delays if any to all stakeholders
• Evaluate and mitigate the RISKs at various stages of the project execution
• Role expects customer facing interaction and engagement with multiple stakeholders / project teams
• Preferably worked on developer background (Java or Python).
• Ensure adherence to the processes published by internal and client audit teams
• Resolve the dependencies of scrum teams with clients and other scrum teams.
• Address the issues, and non-conformances reported by QA and internal/external audits
• Capture various matrices applicable during stages of execution and publish
• Recognize the above and beyond efforts and challenges of individuals and teams
• Establish smart objectives to engineers and leads aligned at matrices captured in execution
• Give feedback to employees after periodic assessment of performance against objectives
• Nurture learning of employees in alignment to project technical requirements and demand
