Job Description

End-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Utilize job portals, social media, and referrals to attract talent.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.

Job Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to find potential candidates.
Screening Resumes: Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company needs.
Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial screenings via phone, video, or in-person.
Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Understand job descriptions and hiring needs to find the right talent.
