Cloud Infra Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Support & Maintenance
Provide day-to-day support for Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compute, storage, networking, and identity services.
Implement best practices for resource optimization and cost management.
Observability & Monitoring
Set up and manage observability tools for proactive monitoring and alerting.
Ensure system health through dashboards, logs, and metrics analysis.
Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Security & Compliance
Assist in maintaining security protocols and compliance standards.
Support identity and access management, including role-based access control.
Collaboration & Documentation
Work closely with cloud architects and DevOps teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in Azure cloud support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, or similar).
Familiarity with incident management, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Understanding of security best practices and RBAC in cloud environments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate).
Experience with automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure CLI) for operational tasks.
Exposure to ITIL processes and service management tools.
