Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Executive in Field Sales and Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
