Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for AWS enterprise customers
  
• Troubleshoot issues across EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda & CloudWatch
  
• Handle incident tickets & escalate to Tier-2 when needed
  
• Work with global AWS teams in a 24x7 support model
  
• Create documentation, KB articles & incident reports
  
• Continuously enhance AWS skills & contribute to knowledge sharing
  

Required Skills

Active AWS Certification (SysOps or Solutions Architect)
8+ yrs AWS hands-on experience
EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda, ELB, Route 53
CloudWatch monitoring & alerting
Shell Scripting
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Ticketing tools experience

Preferred candidate profile

Experienced AWS Support Engineer with active AWS certification, strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on EC2/S3/IAM/CloudWatch, and 8+ yrs cloud support. Excellent communication & customer handling skills.
