KeyResponsibilities:
You lllead a team of mobile engineers and collaborate closely with other engineeringmanagers to shape the direction of our mobile platforms across multiple clientproducts
Partnerwith delivery leads and product managers to ensure mobile initiatives aredelivered to high standards of quality and impact
Workclosely with product managers to define mobile product vision and ensurealignment with overall business goals and user needs
You llset technical standards for mobile development, including architecture,testing, CI/CD, and release processes, ensuring scalability and maintainabilityacross all apps
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and backend engineering, tobuild cohesive and scalable mobile experiences
Mentorand support team members in their professional growth and promote a culture ofcontinuous learning
You lllead recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a diverse andinclusive environment where engineers can thrive and grow
Monitorindustry trends and emerging technologies in mobile development to incorporatenew tools and approaches into our workflow
Participatein strategic decision-making regarding mobile technologies and tools to enhanceproduct capabilities

Skillswere looking for in this person:
Provenexperience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in mobilesoftware development
Strongtechnical background in mobile technologies, including proficiency in iOS,Android, and cross-platform frameworks
Exceptionalleadership and team management skills, capable of inspiring and developingtalent
Demonstratedability to deliver high-quality mobile applications that offer excellent userexperiences
Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance andscalability
Excellentcommunication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a diverse range ofstakeholders
Agenuine interest in sports or the sports industry, with a passion for creatingimpactful experiences for fans
Experienceleading hybrid or distributed engineering teams
Provenability to partner closely with product, design, and data teams to delivercohesive mobile experiences
Trackrecord of improving engineering efficiency, automation, and developerexperience
