IT Recruiter

We are looking for technical freshers who are interested in IT recruitment to join our recruitment team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions across domains like software development, cloud, data, and ERP. As a fresher with a technical background, you will receive structured training on recruitment processes, tools, and client handling, enabling you to understand technical requirements and match the right talent. Strong communication, learning agility, and an interest in HR and technology are essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

          Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for leading MNC companies.

          Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/Shine, and LinkedIn.

          Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

          Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

          Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

          Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Required Qualification: Must be a graduate in  BCA,  MCA,  B.Sc IT/CS, M.Sc IT/CS

          Excellent English communication skills .

          Interested in making a career in IT recruitment

          Sound Technical Skills 

          Must be comfortable working under a target

Timings:

          Day shift (9:30 AM 7:00 PM)
