Role & responsibilities

Timely Execution of Omnichannel projects.
Responsible of Building the MarTech stack.
Responsible for automating and analyzing Omnichannel and Call centre funnels for Digital Marketing and Digital Sales.
Implementing Net Promoter Score for Customer various cohorts.

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to define detailed funnel analytics for Omnichannel and Call centre campaigns through implementation of MarTech stack and automation of system & process.
