Appian Lead 8+ Years Bangalore (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Appian Lead to join a fast-growing, technology-driven organization in Bangalore. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Appian applications while driving process automation and mentoring team members.
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Appian applications
- Architect and optimize complex workflows, integrations, and process automations
- Mentor and guide junior Appian developers; conduct code reviews and quality checks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Oversee deployments, documentation, and adherence to Appian best practices
- Ensure performance tuning, security standards, and application scalability
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Appian development (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in Appian SAIL, expression rules, records, interfaces, and process models
- Experience with Appian integrations, REST APIs, and Appian RPA
- Working knowledge of Java, SQL, Python, or similar technologies
- Prior experience in leading teams and managing Appian delivery
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
