Visiting 3-4 properties daily from the assigned portfolio (based on D-1 CID and high EC, and high check-out)
Check for hygiene & cleanliness (focusing on room level hygiene) while doing property cleanliness audits (PCA)
Training PM & property staff on basic aspects of hygiene, cleanliness & how to take ratings on Oyo & OTA platforms
Sharing and solving for Daily stuck on the group and with the RL
D-1 CID and D-1 EC cases RCA analysis
Meet 4-5 guests during visit to understand concerns and minimize customer escalations
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in operations
Experience in hospitality and /or travel industry would be an added advantage
