Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team at Vibgyor High, Belapur. The candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission process, handling enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth enrolment of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries related to admissions.
- Counsel parents and students regarding school programs and curriculum.
- Generate leads through various marketing initiatives and follow up effectively.
- Achieve admission targets within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with the school team for smooth onboarding of new students.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or counselling (preferably in education).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under targets and timelines.
