Job Description
Position - UI/UX Design Intern
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
Stipend: 10,000 per month + performance-based variable after internship completion:
Duration: 3 to 6 Months
Bond: 2 Years (for candidates who are offered a full-time role post internship)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers, product teams, and developers to develop design concepts and user flows.
- Assist in designing engaging, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with project requirements.
- Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Work with tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Canva, Photoshop, or similar design platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas, and bring fresh design perspectives.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand identity and design systems.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); familiarity with Balsamiq, Canva, or Photoshop is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual hierarchy, and usability standards.
- Excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and spacing.
- Ability to create clean and functional wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
- A strong Behance or Dribbble portfolio showcasing your design projects (mandatory).
Qualification & Experience Required:
- Degree: Bachelors in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (or currently pursuing final year).
- Experience: Fresher or Student.
- Portfolio: Must include previous design work demonstrating understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML and CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.
