Strong communication skills and ability to deliver a high-quality service to customer.
Experience working on online submission platforms like ScholarOne Manuscripts, Editorial Manager, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administering the delivery of peer review services for our customers and oversee a team of Peer review assistants.
Ensure smooth team functioning to meet the productivity and quality targets across the given portfolio.
Communication and Process Coordination: Facilitate communication between authors, reviewers, and editorial teams, managing timelines and ensuring timely reviews.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality of the review process by selecting credible and unbiased reviewers.
Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Analyze data, identify process improvement opportunities, and make recommendations.
Maintaining Records and Updating Systems: Maintain accurate records and update content management systems.
Stakeholder Management: Manage external stakeholders' expectations and provide excellent customer service.
Assisting on Department Projects: Assist on department projects as required.
