    We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats. The role involves resolving complaints, providing product information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions

    • Resolve customer issues and complaints

    • Maintain records in CRM systems

    • Provide accurate product and service information

    Requirements:

    • Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

    • Good communication skills 

    • Basic computer knowledge

    • Customer support experience preferred
