Job Title: US IT Recruiter( Associate Executive)

Experience: 2 -6 Months

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and motivated US IT Recruiter with 26 months of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of US staffing processes, time zones, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and IT skill sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions in the US.
• Work on job boards
• Understand client requirements, technical skills, and job descriptions thoroughly.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Work during US business hours (EST/CST/PST).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (any discipline).
• 26 months of experience in US IT Recruitment or Staffing.
• Good knowledge of US visa types and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing ability using job boards and social media.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Quick learner with strong work ethics and result orientation.
