• As a Presales Solutions Expert, you will be part of the core presales function, working closely with technical leads, sales, and marketing teams. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the value we deliver to our customers and translate that into persuasive proposals and solution documents. Your efforts will directly impact how we communicate our strengths and improve our ability to win new opportunities.

• Manage the full deal lifecycle post opportunity qualification to closure.
• Create standardized Presales artefacts (Proposals, Technical presentations, Cost calculators, Solution / architecture documents, customer journeys to corroborate our expertise
• Work closely with the sales, engineering, architecture, and marketing teams to deliver customized proposals.
• Build and maintain a structured knowledge base of reusable content to enhance efficiency and consistency in future proposals.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
• MBA from a premier institute is highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience building software products/applications using standard technologies such as Java, React, etc.
• Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle and related technologies.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities with an eye for clarity and precision.
• Proven experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing.
