We're Hiring Relationship Manager (RM)

Channel: Banca (Partnered with a Reputed Bank)
Locations: Kolkata, Sripally, Sakuntala Park, Ajra Phatak, and Sansua 
CTC: Up to 3.20 LPA

Location: Digha

CTC: UPTO 4 LPA


Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Life Insurance Banca / Agency / Direct Channel
Age Limit: Up to 34 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Life Insurance business through the bank branch network.
• Develop strong relationships with bank branch staff to source leads.
• Generate business through walk-ins, bank database, and branch referrals.
• Conduct need-based financial planning for customers and offer suitable life insurance solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and persistency.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain compliance standards.


Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Life Insurance (Banca / Agency / Direct)
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Age: Must be 34 years or below
