Job Description

Perform high-precision hand soldering & desoldering of complex SMT down to 0201 and 01005.
Execute complex IC rework, the removal & replacement of BGAs, QFNs, fine pitch QFPs.
Perform BGA re-balling & pad restoration, repair on high value PCBs.
