Position: Project Manager / Scrum Master
Experience: Minimum 8 years total experience, including 4+ years as a Project Manager
Location: Bangalore -Zeiss office
Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile delivery and proven experience in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will effectively lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality healthcare software solutions while adhering to industry compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, UX, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage project scope, risks, timelines, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements: GDPR, HIPAA, FDA, and other healthcare standards.
- Drive effective stakeholder management and maintain clear, transparent communication.
- Maintain all project artifacts, documentation, and reports.
- Engage with technical teams, understand architecture and integration needs, and help resolve technical impediments.
- Promote continuous improvement and enhance Agile maturity across the team.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of total professional experience, with at least 4 years as a Project Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or working within Agile teams.
- Proven healthcare domain experienceEHR/EMR, medical devices, clinical workflows, digital health, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, FDA regulations.
- Strong technical aptitudecomfortable understanding system architecture, integrations, APIs, and technical discussions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Certifications: CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Experience working with medical device software or healthcare platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project tools.
Understanding of healthcare quality management systems or regulatory audits.
