Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue of your area.
- Self motivate to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients, connectors, & DSAs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and participate in industry events and trade shows.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or any field.
- 1-5 years of proven experience
