Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Management and Adobe Workfront Fusion to drive impactful projects. With a focus on Trading Listing and Finding Services you will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and enhancing project delivery. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment contributing to innovative solutions that benefit both the company and society.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes.
- Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront Fusion to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams ensuring efficient use of Adobe Workfront tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Develop and maintain project documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in Adobe Workfront applications.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing workflows driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and system integration.
- Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Support the development of innovative solutions that align with company goals and societal impact.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Adobe Workfront Project Management and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Have a solid understanding of Trading Listing and Finding Services as a domain.
- Show proficiency in developing and implementing project management strategies.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
