Encora is looking for Java Developer with 6-10 years experience in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, kafka, Docker, Kubernetes

Technical Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot, kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
Job Summary
Overall Java Experience at least 6 years (version 8 and above, 17 - preferred)
- Spring boot at least 4 years of hands on
- Messaging: Apache Kafka (or any distributed pub/sub equivalent) - Good to have
- Database: Oracle, Cassandra, Solr, Postgres at least basic understanding of SQL/NoSQL with some querying knowledge
- DevOps - Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker at least basic understanding
- TDD/BDD/Spock/Junit at least some test automation framework
- Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, ELK/EFK Optional
- Cloud:Microsoft Azure - AKS, Cosmos DB, EventHub, etc. Good to have
- Python Good to have (for adhoc scripting)
- Node.js, React.js, Vue.js - Optional
Having a prior telecom experience would be a good addition
Communication:
- Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
