Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Support: Setting up VIM workflows, approval processes, and document management.
Integration: Linking VIM with SAP FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) modules, especially in ECC or S/4HANA.
Process Optimization: Managing exception handling, business rules, and improving invoice processing.
Testing & Training: Performing UAT, troubleshooting, and training end-users.

Required Skills & Experience

Deep knowledge of SAP VIM (OpenText) and its integration points.

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
Experience with VIM workflow, business rules, and exception handling.
Client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
