Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling Customer Support/CSE roles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English language is essential; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not mandatory.
