Job Description
Resource Planning & Allocation
- Develop and implement resource management plans for projects and operations.
- Assign employees to projects based on skill sets, experience, and availability.
- Forecast future resource needs based on upcoming projects and business goals.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track resource utilization and maintain accurate records.
- Provide regular reports on resource allocation and performance to senior management.
- Identify resource-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with project managers to understand resource requirements.
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and workforce planning.
- Participate in capacity planning and workload balancing to prevent burnout.
Process Improvement
- Develop and document resource management processes.
- Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years in resource management, workforce planning, or project coordination.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, ITIL, RMCP.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in resource management tools (e.g., SAP, MS Project, Excel).
