Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft technology solutions, including ERP (F&O, Business central), Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform. The role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Ideal candidates will bring strong project management expertise, technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms, and a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (MS ERP - F&O, Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM , Power BI, Power Apps).
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, and DevOps tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with cloud migration, digital transformation, and enterprise IT implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Master s degree or MBA with specialization in IT/Project Management.
Professional certifications:
PMP
PRINCE2 Practitioner
Agile/Scrum Master Certification
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Dynamics 365 Project Manager Associate
Minimum 5-12 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in Microsoft technology projects.
Project Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Microsoft Ecosystem Delivery: Manage projects involving Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, data protection standards, and compliance frameworks.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues effectively.
Resource & Vendor Coordination: Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate with external vendors/partners when required.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, prepare progress reports, and present updates to leadership and clients.
Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of best practices, agile methodologies, and process optimization.
