Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead SAP MM stream in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring integration.
Configuration & Customization: Configure S/4HANA MM, including Material Valuation, Material Ledger, MRP, and Fiori apps for Procurement & Inventory.
Process Expertise: Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, STO, Special Procurement, and Master Data (Business Partner, Material Master).
Integration: Ensure seamless integration with FI, SD, PP, PM, and potentially Ariba or EWM.
Mentorship & Support: Guide junior consultants, provide user training, create documentation (BBP, test scripts), and resolve complex issues.
Digital Transformation: Drive adoption of new S/4HANA functionalities, Fiori apps, and best practices for digital procurement.
Testing & Quality: Oversee system testing (UAT, Integration Testing) and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: 6+ years in SAP MM, with at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation as a functional lead/consultant.
Technical Skills: Strong S/4HANA MM, Material Ledger, MRP, Fiori apps, P2P processes.
Integration: Deep understanding of MM integration points (FI, SD, PP).
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Activate methodologies.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
