Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience in Magento to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development and enhancement of our e-commerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Magento and the ability to implement complex solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Magento-based e-commerce solutions to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement new features and functionalities to enhance the platforms capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of the e-commerce platform.
Optimize website performance and scalability through code reviews and performance tuning.
Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct regular system updates and security patches to maintain platform integrity.
Integrate third-party services and APIs to extend the functionality of the e-commerce platform.
Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Magento development including custom module creation and theme customization.
Demonstrate proficiency in PHP MySQL HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO principles.
Show experience with version control systems like Git.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
