Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager B2B Wealth Distribution to drive Mutual Fund business as the core focus while aggressively distributing wealth products such as AIFs, PMS, Corporate Fixed Deposits, and Unlisted Shares. The role is critical in scaling AUM, building long-term institutional relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Mutual Fund AUM growth through B2B channels including IFAs, MFDs, wealth managers, and institutional partners
- Acquire, manage, and deepen relationships with distributors and strategic partners
- Promote and distribute AIFs, PMS, Corporate FDs, and Unlisted Shares across the partner network
- Conduct product presentations, partner training sessions, and investment discussions
- Achieve AUM, revenue, and activation targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain strong engagement to ensure long-term IR and recurring revenue
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and product performance
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with internal product, operations, and compliance teams for smooth execution
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 310 years of experience in B2B Wealth Management / Mutual Fund Distribution
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, Corporate FDs, and Unlisted Equity
- Proven track record of managing or building 100+ Cr AUM
- Existing distributor / IFA network preferred
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
